The advantages of freeze-dried products include light weight, stable under room temperature (no need for cold chain), ease of transportation, long and stable shelf life, convenient to use (taken at dry state or immediately re-hydrated), etc.

This machine can cut perfect cubes in sizes 3/8 cube, 1/2 cube, .5 x .75 x .75, domino and checkerboard.
This machine produces an extruded treat that will give an appearance of being pinched on each end after being pushed through a dye in a square or circle that is 8mm, 10mm, 12.5mm. Custom dyes can be made for clients however a Research & development cost would apply.
We have three automatic packaging machines that can produce bags up to 24 per minute and can fill bags between 28g – 1815g. We have another packaging machine for smaller orders however MOQ do apply.
